Running a social channel as a business is much different than running your personal page. There is strategy that goes into it, analyzing analytics to perform better, and of course you should be seeing a return on your investment. This is much different than sharing your vacation pics with your family and friends that are sure to 'like' everything you post. If you're already managing a business account, you'll understand that reach and likes don't come that easy.
And how about advertising? If you've ever opened up your ad account in Business Manager, you'll understand how overwhelming that can be. Or maybe you don't even know what Business Manager is.

I earned my Bachelors in Marketing with a minor in Communications and my Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from WVU. I focused on social media marketing throughout my education. Upon graduation, I have worked across many different industries til I found my calling. I left my full-time job in February to pursue my own freelance career and I've found my "niche". I use quotes because instead of focusing on one industry, I'm focusing on helping small to medium sized businesses.
